The Website is pathetic. Full of errors, cannot store a new address. Items vanish from the Cart, error while selecting the credit card option..
Dont even know what online business happens when their website itself is faulty.
Excellent shop and services. I live very locally so having the option to buy Asian goods through Jamoona is amazing! I have ordered twice now and all product were packed nicely. They also include free item once a while I suppose. Keep it up! :D
Over 25 orders, No issues so far. All the products are fresh, genuine quality and brands. Among all the Indian Online stores, this is the best one so far. They do not change your order, refund promptly if something is unavailable. The website reflects correct status of inventory. Prices are competitive.
The packaging is so professional.
